Black skirt for black-tie ball

ok, this is a pretty simple one. I have a corset top and want to get a black full-length skirt to go with it to wear to a black-tie ball. M&S had some lovely ones at Christmas but not any more, I don't think! Anyone know where I could get one? For less than €100 preferably!
