I was just looking for a rough estimate on what % of offices would put blocks on employees going to URLS containing certain keywords such as porn, gambling etc?

Is it a widespread thing or does it only apply to the unfortunate few?

    Cheers

I'd say a filtering proxy is quite commonn now, especially with large corporations anyway. When I worked in 3com in Blanchardstown in '98, there was no website filtering at all. The amount of pr0n on the PCs there was unreal.
