This is my 3rd time here.
Its been about 3 years and i find the Island completely dead.
Maybe its the ugly weather (cloudy, bits of sun)
The night life is good if you find it(Peurto Del Carmen)

I'd say it'll be fine. I was there 2 years ago in February. The weather was fine, a little overcast some days but certainly not cold. Needed a cardigan at night but not a jacket.

The night life in puerto del carmen was busy but not mad.

well, ive been there 3 times, and im going again on the 25th.

last summer was there for 7 weeks.

this time of year, overcast but nice. something tells me you arent too worried bout the weather. it certianly wont be ireland cold, but at night, especially with that wind, you might need something more then tshirt or shirt.

puerto del carmen, youll find itll be dead in most clubs, and busy a few. i find its better craic in the quiet ones. depends on staff and of course how many free shots you get / drink promotions!

my first year there i thought paradise was great, but the staff move all the time, was crap last summer. waikiki (downstairs) was the place to be.
we were allowed to have a "baywatch" night every tuesday. basically, run-a-muck. staff are/were great. tommy the dj now runs the place downstairs. legend.

club ibiza will probably be closed, and probably ceasars. ceasars only reopened in july when i was there.

drinking during the day, which i would recommend doing once a week, as soon as you wake up on the day. the auld triangle in matagorda is good laugh and they play good dvds. just dont get the cheap spanish beer. makes you very emotional. seriously. i cried twice on that holiday. both times after having few pints of it. both times, no reason.

the irish rover in the old town is great for the €5 dinners.

oh, and couple of nights a week in the irish viking, live band, v v good.

man, if anyone read all that. im very impressed. what a boring rant. any questions, send em my way.

Lanzarote is always a good bet weather-wise in low season. It can be quite breezy (like Portugal) which can be deceptive because you'll burn without realising it.

Nightlife wise, it's not Ibiza or Santa Ponsa so I wouldn't recommend it for a gang on the lash... but there are a rake of nighclubs in the New Town - the main one would be Charlies & the others are all in that location. Food wise, Puerto del Carmen is great - cheap eats in the new town with Lani's always being a safe bet for good food. Nicer restaurants down in the old town around the harbour area, but much quieter action-wise.

    You'll enjoy it.

    Iam just home.
Weather was overcast every 3rd day maybe, you still got the sun.

There is a place... after los jameos playa hotel, among a couple of irish pubs.

You have the rose of clare, which id say is nearly bankrupt, no punters.
Fiddlers Green, small and always full.

But up the back of that shopping centre there is a restaurant/pub called leneghans.

    I would definitely recommend it.
A top class irish meal for half the price of what you'd pay here.

I stayed in Costal Sal Matagorda. Lovely quiet place.
I would recommend the cheap tours(which you are asked to listen to a health products demonstration but its still a good tour.)

Ill be going again for the 5th time next year l;)

Just curious but why do people go abroad and feel the need to spend their nights in Oirish bars/restaurants?. Isn't it much more interesting (and less of a rip off!) to go to the local spots.

Again, the cheapest place i found WAS an irish place, which was infact like a meal in Ireland.
Never mind the drinks the family got.

I feel the best craic is to be had in Irish places, music etc.
