boot locked

    The boot lock on zafira is locked but boot door not shut was going to dump so used rope and locked door so could put rope through lock, now I cant seem to open the lock so I can shut the door, central locking and alarm, tried using key in the boot door but cant seem to get it to the position where door catch will close any ideas Thanks

    Turn the key to the open position and press in the button.

    Check your manual. There should be a catch inside the boot to allow it to be opened from the inside.

    Pull on the string to put pressure on the locking mechanism and then unlock it as normal :):)
