....increase page scrolling speed. There's an old one, Configuration Mania, but it doesn't work with 1.5. I've tried a search of Google, but it just brings back tips for increasing loading speed.

If you're talking about mousewheel scrolling you can do the following:

Open 'about:config'.
Search for numlines.
Edit 'mousewheel.withnokey.sysnumlines' to be false.
Edit 'mousewheel.withnokey.numlines' to be a value of your choice.
