Time has caught up on me and I see some folks have started discussing when and where to play the qualifiers. I have a suggestion that may help considering time is running out. What would ye think to organising an evening in the fitz this month to play all 3 qualifiers and the final. The other option as a kind of inaugral thing would be for all 27 players to play an MTT with points for the month going to the top 9. So poll one is about this idea and options that go with it. Then tomorrow I'll do a poll on the best time to have it. This will all hang on the Fitz availability but I think Spiritus is amenable to this. I'll be auto-emailing everyone on the players list to make sure you all see this poll.

The first option is my first choice but I'm happy enough to go along with either 2 or 3 aswell.

I voted for option 2 but I'm comfortable with doing any of the 3. However the problem with having one date is trying to get everyone to agree when it will be played.

edit: just an alternative to the original plan, gotcha.

i think there is time to get organised by the end of the week

It's just for Feb because I have lost time in getting things going. For those who voted for option B bear in mind that if everyone can turn up together for the 3 qualifiers it would make more sense to me to play the final on the same night (Option A). Option C is just based on an idea we had that it would be nice to have an MTT to kick the whole thing off. Anyway so far with a couple of hours voting left it looks like we can try and agree on a date to play the qualifiers and maybe on the night decide if it makes sense to play the final.

I voted for Number 1, any of the 3 options suit me really though. Any day after the 20th (next Monday) would be best for me, next weekend is a little tricky, night shift on saturday and sunday nights
