Exotic Booze

Where can you go in Dublin that has a wide array of exotic booze?
I mean beers that you can't get anywhere else and odd stuff (Things Diageo don't make). Micro-brews etc.
I know the porterhouse is good like that but it's a bit nuts at the weekend and Temple Bar is a dump.

I have friends coming from Australia (who know their beer) and need to put together a pub crawl?

Isn't there a place beside Heuston station that has a 'Whiskey Menu' with maybe a hundred different ones on it?

I don't know the name of it though.

Try the Porterhouse North in Phibsborough- same great range of beers without the Temple Bar hassle.
