ive just been searching on the net for ages for free hosting and everywhere i go there seams to be some catch, was just wondering if anyone can recomend any sites cheers

with free web hosting, you get what you pay for. Spend a few quid and get a starter account somewhere like www.digital-crocus.com; miles better than free hosting.
