ok i got http://forums.extremeoverclocking.com/showthread.php?t=151373 this guide.i read the guide but when it come to the part were its like lets get overclocking he starts to tell you to

Set your Memory Divider at its lowest setting. (Usually 100 or 133) This will give us a LOT of headroom to push out CPU.

Next, Drop your HTT Multiplier to 3x and your CPU Multiplier 1 Notch (If you have a 2 GHz CPU, drop your Multiplier down to 9x

i dont know how to do any of this and lots of other stuf futher in the guide.he tells you what its but not how to do it ?

It's all in the BIOS. Be very very very careful changing any of those settings if you didn't even know to look in the BIOS. I'd say you have a good bit more reading to do before trying anything if you didn't know that, no offence.

Read around xtremesystems.org forums, hardforum.com forums and a few others and get a better all around idea first. At the moment I'd say you're in a good position to nuke your cpu if you're not careful.
