How do you research which stocks to pick, surely it's not random for example. When your analysing what stock to pick, what information should be looked out for? How do you research which stocks to pick, surely it's not random for example. When your analysing what stock to pick, what information should be looked out for?

For the league currently set up, I think this information would be useful to the complete beginners, that is, however if there is any intermediate stock exchange members out there?

Another irritating thing is when you buy some stocks your automatically at a loss?, can anyone explain these things?
