    I think it was 1993.

    No not the yellow one that replaced the log books, the new green one that replaces the yellow ones. It says European Community on it too and says "registration certificate" in 19 other languages.

    Well my dad bought a car in March 2003 and it was the older style one, I bought the car in July 2004 and I got the new, smaller one

    i bought my first car on tuesday and when i seen registration cert, i thought i was missing something. so all the paper work is now just that one cert?
