Worldwide Broadband Penetration

Ain't it funny? ComReg, in their most recent propaganda, said they did not like to make the international comparisons with "broadband subscriptions per 100 inhabitants" (which is the internationally most used comparative measure for broadband penetration) – and they would rather talk about Ireland's 10 per 100 household broadband connectivity.
An effective but still pathetic attempt to make people subconsciously compare the Irish 10% "household penetration" with the other countries' "per capita penetration". Which would make Ireland not look sooo terribly bad.

And now we get this nice international "per household broadband penetration" graph. How does Ireland's 10 per 100 households column look like?

    P.
