    The property is close to a road located just a few minutes drive from the M7 freeways but is situated on a small estate site close to the renowned Grand Canal. It is nestled in a small rural community with easy access to newsagents, school, pubs and church. There is car parking in front for up to four vehicles. The town of Naas is about four miles distant and the M4 freeway to the West of Ireland. Traveling East on this freeway leads to downtown Dublin – a journey of about thirty minutes. Naas is a large town with an abundance of specialty shops, supermarkets, delicatessens, craft shops, library, town hall, cinema, leisure center, gym - there is also a new state of the art health spa at the Osprey Hotel – and the town is situated near 3 racecourses at Punchestown, The Curragh and Naas. Barges navigating the Grand Canal and canal walks can all be enjoyed by guests. Neighboring horse riding stables and riding schools (there is a stud farm just a few minutes walk away). Sallins is one of the top fishing spots on the Grand Canal and is home to Irish Fishing Competitions each year. There is an efficient rail service to Dublin city - 25 minutes trip - the station is five minutes walk from Sallins Pier – and a regular Bus service to Straffan and the K Club. Just four minutes stroll from the house is ‘The Bridgewater Inn’ – winner of the ‘Best restaurant in Kildare’ award. For the more dedicated there are golf courses within a three mile radius of the house for those who want to swing a club! For the discerning golfer there are many championship golf courses within thirty to forty minutes drive including Druid’s Glen, Mount Juliet, Carton House, Plamerstown, the PGA at Naas, the European Club, Hermitage and Powerscourt. The gated house extends to 2,400 square feet, was built in 1999 and has a secure rear garden for children. Parking can be availed of for 2-3 cars. There is a patio in the garden and alfresco dining facilities and BBQ for 6 - 8 persons. On entering the home there is a lounge with leather settees, and open fire, large screen TV, DVD and video. The dining room seats 6 - 8 persons for dinner and a spacious kitchen with a full range of modern appliances and also a breakfast bar for casual dining for four persons. There is a WC off the hall and a utility room for laundery appliances off the kitchen. There are four bedrooms in total – one upstairs and three at ground level. The master bedroom at ground level has a king sized bed and a shower room en-suite with a built in wardrobe. A double bedroom at first level has a shower room en-suite. Two double bedrooms on ground level are adjacent to, and share, the main bathroom. At the upper level there is a games room and an office with internet connectivity.
