    Folks ,
Im just off the phone from sky and they are telling me I cant have multiroom as my home phone number is ex-directory ( doesnt show on caller id ) and they need the extra sky boxes to check in at numerous times !?! .

Currently i have all the channels + movies + sports on ur bog standard <1yr old pace digi box which is not connected to any phone line as i dont want to use the interactive feature i am considering getting 1 - 2 more normal non sky+ boxes installed by them but cant as they have stated above ? so my question is is this true or was that just some stupid twat on the other end of the phone ?

    !

I'm ex directory too and have multi room, all you need to do is insert 142 as the prefix code in the installers menu and your number will show up when the box calls back in to Sky, try it from your home phone to your mobile, dial 142 and your mobile number and your mobile will display your home phone number.
