Birthday month ?

Ok , let me expaline.

Within the people i know there is a month that is just a tad bit crazy for birthdays. that month .. is this month.


5th - borther in law's
12th - flatemates
15th - mothers
21st - brother number 1
22nd - brother number 2

and of course just to round it off , it's my parents Wedding Aniv on the 2nd or March.

June used to be pain as well for me ....

4th - friend 1
10th -friend 2
11th - friend 3
12th - Mine and 2 more friends
13th - friends cousin
19th - best mate
26th - other best mate.

thing is 5 of us all turned 21 the same year :eek:


SO in short , anyone else have the same sort of Month ?

headwrecking having more than one birthday in one day! my mam and sisters birthdays are within 3 weeks of each other as well

Mine would be just after Christmas, definitely the worst time to have loads of birthdays imo:

27/12 - brother / grand aunt (don't get her something thank god)
3/1 - dad
5/1 - sister in law
6/1 - mother, uncle
7/1 - sister in law, niece

Not that i mind , i've always got kick ass pressies so just evening up the odds a bit .

my birthday is the end Jan whick is just long enough after christmas thatpeople can afford to buy me something, and also so that my birthday and christmas pressies are not lumped together..and also close enough to have something to look forward to in the depressin aftermath of christmas ... and people call me materialistic...

January is a bit mental, 6 birthdays I think. There's no way I could buy for all of them, I get my money from the back of my sofa as it is.

I'm with you, I buy presents for my parents & gf (no brothers or sisters ).

Then I'd buy a couple of drinks for a friend the next time I'm out with him.

I find March/April and Sept/Oct to be the busiest times of the year for birthdays.
I think the March/April boom is down to nature and instinct. Most animals have kids around this time so they can fatten up over the summer in preparation for a cold winter. That instinct is probably still hidden away somewhere in the back of our mids. Of course we humans don't face this problem anymore so we can give birth at any time of the year.
The spike in Sept/Oct may be due to all those other couples who see their friends 6 months into pregnancy and decide to give it a go themselves.

3rd - one of my best female friends
15th - my baby cousins birthday
16th - my grans 100th birthday
17th - an uncle's birthday
19th - another friends birthday
22nd - my birthday
24th - my dads birthday
24th - another one of the other halfs sisters birthdays
28th - one of the other halfs brothers birthdays

September:
5th - other halfs baby brothers birthday
14th - my brothers birthday
16th - my mothers birthday
25th - another one of the other halfs sisters birthdays.

December:
5th Best male friends birthday
11th Another close male friends birthday
11th A female friends birthday

Makes you wonder what some people were doing in May/June, December/January and February/March respectively!
