Your motherboard is according to Google based off the ATI RS300 chipset with integrated 9100 graphics and I assume this is your PC on the right.

It really doesn’t look like that system was designed with upgrading in mind and I would guess you only have PCI slots as a means of expansion with no AGP.

If you don’t have an AGP slot on your motherboard then you may as well forget about upgrading the graphics card if you want to play current 3D games the few GPUs remaining with a PCI interface are fairly weak and not much better than your current integrated graphics card. If you don’t want to play games or just want something different for any other reason then any of the PCI GeForce FX 5200 cards you can find will work fine & you shouldn't need to upgrade your PSU either.

The motherboard supports the standard DDR400 dimms for RAM which are pretty common.

Just wanted to echo what 8T8 said there. Unfortunately that machine's graphics are not really designed to be upgraded.
