Not sure exactly where you saw this, but there is a second Gas Turbine & boiler (100ft high) being built at Huntstown power station which would be close to m50, finglas and Airport. You can see the existing boiler with red & white stripes if you look left going north on M50 after N2 exit.Might be what you saw. My dad works there

Its a huge knacker processing plant,so we can have more timmy and tammy scumbags claiming of social welfare and smoking and drinking down the back of our public transport
