    Hey Guys, anyone got any suggestions of freight companies that will ship a piano (collect from house & deliver to mine) ? I'm inheriting a piano for my daughter and am wondering if getting it shipped is either cheaper or the same price as hiring a van and going to collect it ? I could fill the van up with other stuff on the way thru etc but the expense will be more than the piano is worth even in the winter time...

    try contacting http://www.irishpost.co.uk/ where these 'removals to Ireland ' guys advertise all the time, I have used a crowd called Fahy or Fahey before who collected stuff from me and showed up a week later ....all well....with a proper removals lorry with good suspension and not the back of a Tranny van .
