I recentlty bought a graphics card on ebay for £63.00(€95.00). The seller never claimed this transaction so I cancelled the payment as the seller was not responding to emails etc. But I only received €89.30 back???Is this a fee for cancelling a unclaimed payment??

Thats what I thought at first, but only sent payment on Saturday and doubt exchange rates have changed so much in 3-4 days that id lose €5.50 on a €95 transaction:confused:

    I'm afraid it can.

I made my first purchase on Sunday. The item would of cost me €5 less today.
