As the title says, I'm looking for the Chorus MMDS available channels and their frequencies.

    Thanks for any help.

    Why?
On analog there are 22 or 23 channels. Each adjacent area uses 1/2 the alternate channels to avoid interference.

    Digital uses the same band.

The 2.5GHz to downconverted to VHF/Hyperband Approx 180MHz to 400Mhz.

You need a Chorus sub, viewing card and box.

    Hi Watty

I was looking for the info just to play around with the box, basically. Someone that I know has MMDS and is thinking of going "freesat", so I was going to have a gander at the MMDS box.

    Thanks again

    Analog or Digital?

P.S. The box belongs to Chorus

    Good old-fashioned analogue

It's rubbish. Basically an old obsolete USA Cable TV descrambler. Give it to Chorus or put it in bin.

It will decsramble on channel between 170MHz and 350MHz approx. Basically a really bad VHF tuner/IF and micky mouse analog descrambler.

It definately belongs to Chorus. There is nothing legal and usefull you can do with it.

The Chorus Analog Cable and Analog MMDS quality is so poor, that IMO there is nothing usefull illegal can be done with it either. Junk.
