Right, whether I like it or not, Im online for the next couple of hours and bored off my head. Are there any good Irish chat rooms that the Boardsers use that doesnt require an MIRC client to host it?

you aren't really looking for a chat room, you spend your evenings looking at your many useless threads and counting on a calculator the amount of views and replies you get, you never use chatrooms and you never will, this is where you get your jollies.

You can go onto the #boards.ie irc channel by going through the Boards Java Applet at www.boards.ie/chat or by using cgi:irc which doesn't require a client.

    ...
Your Boards.ie nick is not automatically used. If you want to change your nick on IRC, type /nick then your new nickname

That is a very polite, mannerly way of saying "your website crashed my browser you ****".

    I like it! :)

I've just tried it there in Opera, IE and Firefox (ohhh I'm a browser nerd) and it is working fine for me.

Works fine for me, Firefox 1.5.0.1.

I put in a username and clicked login, then all of a sudden Firefox crashed :( I'll give it another go in a few mins...
