First time I heard of the movie. Looks like it could be fun. A kind of, leave your brain at home movie.
But for some reason I think the potential for it to be **** out weighs the posibility of a half decent movie.

At the beginning of the trailer I thought this was gonna be a ripoff of Equilibrium (it even has one of the same actors, heh), only with more money and less... good... stuff.

However, the trailer shows off some pretty funky ****. I'm liking the colours and the whole thing looks like a computer game. Not to mention some sick shots. I'll definitely be seeing this in the cinema but you're right, it's probably going to a leave-your-IQ-points-at-the-door type affair.

Now to watch the H.D. trailer again.

Thats a little harsh mate Looks ok but Obviously the story isnt up to much but the effects look good so it could be a decent no brainer action flick. On the other hand it could be absolutely rubbish. Worth checking out in any case.

Saw the Ultraviolet trailer in the cinema this afternoon. Looks pretty enough, with a style similar to Equilibrium (which i liked) except with brighter colours. Looks like it could be a turkey though.

Aside: I also saw the following trailer - Stay Alive or as i call it, Final Destination 4.

...anyways it made me weep, it looks so bad.

That's what I thought at first too but no, it's nothing to do with that Ultraviolet Pity, I have the box set and I thought it was class, but for some reason it never went any more than six episodes. I'd never heard of this movie 'till this thread, looks alright but could easily be another Fantastic Four.

My first reaction was that it looked identical to Aeon Flux....but then I heard it was written by the good people who brought us Equilibrium
