At home with outlook express if I attach a lot of photos I am asked if I want to reduce the size and have 3 size options. Is there an add on to normal outlook to do the same thing? or some other program where I can do it in batches rather than having to open change size and resave it with photoshop.

Download "FastStone image viewer". You can then do a batch convert, replacing the original files or saving them to a different directory.
    V.handy.

Go to microsoft.com and look for Windows XP Power toys. One of them is a batch image resizer which lets to resize all selected images in a folder, optionally overwriting the original or saving as a copy.

I use imagemagick (think that's the correct spelling). It's open source and there's a command line app called convert.exe. I love it.
