Try that. (Or tell us what your problems are exactly)

    (Time to sticky for sure)

Thanks, i will not get a chance to try this out until the weekend. But i'm not sure if this applies to me as i am allready connected to Xbox live and wanted to connect to Xbox Connect.

As for my problem: I am trying to connect to Connect through a wireless laptop. I have purchased a crossover cable to connect from the 360 to the laptop as it says on the XBC site. And when i open up XBC on the laptop, it finds plenty of games but when i try to connect, a page opens as it tries to connect but then closes again without connecting or giving me any information as to why it didn't connect.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Oh, sorry, I completly misread the question

I have no experience with XBC, sounds like it could be a port forwarding problem, or firewall problem.
