I was looking to take my 4 year old nephew to see Disney on Ice , but the tickets are 27.50 for normal seated , this is a little to much to risk as he may get bored after 10 mins and want to leave.

What they do have is "possible restricted seats" from 12 - 27€, has anyone tried these seats and what could we expect on booking them ?

a good mate of mine worked in the point for 5 years. the "restricted" seating you're talking about is simply woeful. you'll be watching the show from the back of the theatre, at an angle, in a non tiered section.

aside from that i took my two nephews to see disney on ice last year. it was a scam from begining to end. the show itself was the cheapest theatre production i've ever seen. i'd say it was thrown together in about five minutes. my two nephews were far more interested in the €6 popcorn and the crap over-priced toys. as far as i could tell none of the kids in the audience gave a ****e either. it was hard sell from moment we walked into the theatre to the moment we left. i reckon i spent about €150 that afternoon.

my advice: spend your cash on something more constructive.

    hope this helps.
