Calm Like a Bomb - RATM, actually there is more rage songs that Timmy C plays wah on, I just cant think of them right now.
If you know Sir Psycho sexy by the chilis,Flea uses a phaser for parts of that but faking it with wah gives a good sound.
Personally though I think it's much better practice just to mess around with it yourself to get a feel for it.
What model did you get? I use crybaby bass.

Thats the only song ive ever come across with bass wah. You have to add distortion aswel to get that sound.
But just make your own stuff up. More Fun.

basses' sound should not be tampered with... its meant to sound bassy and doesn't need effects

I strongly disagree with this, Sir.

    Strongly disagree as well.

As long as the bassist is fulfilling his functions, which are

a.) Provide harmonic underpinning for the band
b.) Get the drummer and guitarists to work together by being the Groove Master
c.) Make everyone on stage bounce a foot off the ground when you hit a note (some might argue this as most important)

then your sound can be whatever you like. Obviously due to the design of the instrument you will be outputting sound in a limited number of octaves. :D

Juan Alderate with the mars volta uses a fair bit off bass wah live, as well as on one song on Frances the Mute (track 9 i think).
