problem downloading shockwave player

    everytime i go to download the shockwave player im getting an "unable to authenticate host" error message any ideas an how to fix this

    On Windows 2000/XP/2003 flush the DNS cache by running the following command from the Command Prompt:

    ipconfig /flushdns

    or delete the macromedia entry in your C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts file.

    That should do the trick.
