Another good result for Leitrim following up on last years championship. I spend a good bit of time in Ck on Shannon, so glad to see them doing well. May even attend some of their matches if I visit on the right weekends.

You got us while we were still experimenting. Now take the point and be grateful. Seems to me your lot were fired up for the 'derby game'. Beware London.:D

We've had the best full back line in Connaught for the last couple of years. This year with the two Duignans Ciaran and Darren we have a much improved forward line and a reliable free taker in Ciaran. Things are looking up

Dessie Dolan must have seen somthing last year to stick around again this year. ;)

Great to get 2 good results in a row. I havnt been to a match in Carrick since Roscommon beat us with a goal in the last minute a few years ago. I wouldnt recognise half the names on the teamsheet now, thank god for the player profiles on the www.leitrimgaa.ie .

Roll on the Championship. Reynolds, McKeown and McGuinness will get the recognition they deserve if we have a good run out this year.

    Fenagh for the cup :D

Fegagh are a senior club team in Leitrim. So were Carrigallen until we were relegated intermediate last year.

Is Tubman still playing for Fenagh these days?

I'd put that attitude away mate. Donegal are perennial underperformers considering the talent existing in the county. Can't see you doing anything in Ulster this year. Lets see how you do against Longford this weekend first ;)

    And Leitrim are what?

We are the talent .... never mind having the talent.

Leitrim couldn't win a game of tiddlywinks

Thats if they make it ever make it down to longford. No sorry that would be too far away :D
    Talent where is it?????????????

I have a sneaky (if a little biased) feeling. Now that discipline seems to be high on the new managers agenda, the underperformers tag might just be lost this year. Remember the last time Tyrone were All-Ireland caampions? They got a whupping in Clones by er Donegal.
