    anyone know anything about this tournament, supposed to be in castlearms hotel by potluck poker who i have never heard of

    My mate will be holding a game on the 17th feb. should easily have 100+ runners. 100 to enter + 10 reg. 100% payout. I will have all the tournament info up later on 2night. blinds time location structure etc etc etc.

    Ill post back 2night with alot more info.

    whats the story with this? this his the second time he promoting event without any ifo whatsoever. I make the effort to post all relevant details about our events in the same area http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2054884738but this guy is taking the piss surely?? I realise its late and it may not have been spotted but lets have a level playing field....

    How in the blue hell am I promoting this.

    Forgive me I may be getting a little silly at my old age but in order to promote something don't you have to advertise a name and or place. If you can tell me where I did that in either of the above posts I'd be happy to retract this post. Simply stating a tournament will be coming up soon is not promoting something.

    I simply stated my mate would be running a game and that I'd post all the data up later that night, He never got back to me so I couldn't post the data.

    I don't know about you but I'm not in the habit of posting up tournament information without being 100% certain,
    In relation to me responding here I simply stated check back in 30 minutes to the tournament forum.

    The question was asking if anybody knew about the tournament, I do know about it so I answered, I will refrain from answering posts in the future and, in general will stop being polite to all people on the board.

    In no way whatsoever did I promote this in the main forum, so can you come down off your high horse about a level playing field.

    I haven't checked the Poker Announcement forum yet so far, I'm assuming that sunzz has posted the details there.

    I'll lock this thread now.

    If anyone has a problem with the way the Tournament Announcement system is working, or thinks that any posters are taking the piss then feel free to pm me, and I'll put on my investigation cap and we'll have a good ol' hunt.
