    Not free, but the Mac version of Dreamweaver 8 is very nice. You can get a 30 day free trial from Macromedia's website.

    Plus, you can buy the "educational" version for under €200 (even less if you can fake being from the US). I know 200 is still a lot but it is still cheaper then the 600Eur retail price.

    Not free but iWeb in iLife 06 will do the job for you. Comes with new Macs, discount if you already have iLife 05 afaik.
