Can anyone suggest which or the chashout options to use when cashing out from vegasbabypoker?
Do Netteller and MyCitadel charge much? Is the idea that u transfer the money to your netteller ac and then they transfer it into your bank account?

    Any help appreciated :o

I use Netteller when cashing out of VBP,as you said the best thing to do is cash out to Netteller and then to your account. Its just normal Netteller charges/bank charges.

    Hi Mr Flibble,

Nice to know you're cashing out anyway.

Yes the transfer to neteller is free of charge.

If you then withdraw from neteller to your bank account, they charge €1 .... this is a neteller charge, not a VBP charge, and would be the same no matter what site you cashed out from.

It is nice :) The swings in my bankroll were pretty big at first when I started playing there, but now things seem to be going more smoothly. Flying up the stakes. I'd say I'm definatly getting a false sense of my poker ability playing against the people there;)

That they are. I was in a hand yesterday at the $50 ring game. I had AA, raised, guy1 reraises guy2 calls, I reriase, guy1 reraises guy2 calls. I go all in, guy1 calls, guy2 thinks for a few seconds and calls. Over $110 in the pot. Guy1 has JJ, guy 2 has ..... 89!

    Sean

    I don't know:o

Doesn't all poker download icons come up on your desktop?

Right Click, delete will get rid of it.

You can then upload it through the program files menu??

You want to PM me any of these types of questions, don't want to clog up threads?

This also may be thread clogging, but for the desktop icon, it reappears every time I start up the client. I changed the name of the one that first installed to Vegasbaby for my own head, but it reinstalled Multiplayer poker the nexty time I went in, so now I have 2. Only really a minor irritation, but I haven't found a way to stop it.

Just reading through the post about Neteller cashouts...it doesnt just cost $1 to cashout from Neteller to your bank account, wish it did :(

Neteller take a 1.9% fee on any cross currency transactions.

The best way to avoid this is to get a cheque sent, which they will send in USD's. Your bank will then do the currency exchange and wont charge that amount.

Also, if anyone has their Neteller account in Euros, change it to USD's! Because again, any cross currency exchange will be charged the 1.9%

I did this today. You have to close down your account and open a new one (with a different email address and ID number) - I rang them.

I must do this as well, mine is in Euro as well, did it take long to change over, does a phone call sort it all out?

Only took a minute on the phone to close my old account. Then I had to start a new one from scratch thru their website, using a different email address and ID number. So you'll have to verify your bank account again.
I didn't have any money in my account so it wasnt a problem shutting it down. Don't know what the story is if you do. Maybe just open a new ac and transfer the money to it before closing your old one.

The only problem that might arise is when you add your bank account again to your neteller account - it mightn't like having 1 bank account on 2 neteller accounts. I didn't come accross any problems - but my bank account hadn't been verified.

Yeh, I sorta checked this out before, but the changing of e-mail addresses is the thing that put me off, as it would mean faffing around changing my e-mail address.

I just thought from Flibbles post it had got a whole lot easier, but obviously not.

I set up a second Neteller account and after making a mistake with a withdrawal had money in both accounts. Then they both got closed but after quick phonecall to Neteller they transferred the money into the $ account and closed the other one.

Simple answer to this is.....dub13@antesup.com you should all have a antesup.com email address at this stage.

Yes, but all the poker sites then have to be changed as well ... not to mention you then have mail coming into one account, neteller into another, I dunno this interweb thing, I just like things simple.:o

I opened a neteller account last week. A day or two later I got three emails from them, one saying congrats on the new account, one saying I couldn't open an account 'til I sent my swift and IBAN codes, and another asking for copies of my Passport and driving licence.

    Is this normal procedure??

I too am in the process of opening one, got the need swift + iban mail too, sent them and just now got a mail saying the amount will be deposited that I need to verify.

Can someone tell me if the amount I see in my account (which will show up as euro) will the one to enter or will I need to get the $ equivalent?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,364 ✭✭✭Mr. Flibble

I'd guess that there is a code that goes along with the deposit that you verify and you dont verify the amount.

I changed my account from euro to dollar. When they are closing your euro account ask them to change you're new dollar account's email to you're old euro accounts one. They'll do it with no hassle.

I've been meaning to do this for ages so I decided to just do it tonight. I set up a new USD account, tried to transfer all my money from my EURO account into my new USD account. I got a message saying my EURO account had been closed and to contact their support.....

So I rang them and got it all sorted in about 20 minutes. Now I have a new USD account, they said they'd transfer my money accross and transfer my Bank A/C details too. No money there yet, but they said it might take a couple of minutes to complete.

I'll check it again in the morning and report on the results, but so far so good.

As I've said numerous times before NETELLER SUPPORT ARE THE STONE COLD NUTS...... (well so far they are, if my money disappears their crown might slip slightly, but I'll bet my left nut that if the worse happens they'll sort it out with one phone call)
