Is it possible to change the Bluetooth address of a dongle like with network cards?

The reason I'm asking is this: I have one Belkin Bluetooth dongle that I have share between my PC and laptop (not simultaneously obviously). But I can only create one pairing since the address is the same. I'm hoping that I can change the address on one machine so the dongle is seen as a different one on my phone.

If not I'll just have to buy another dongle.
