Im trying to sign up for the 75 quid free, but when I load the software, it says I allready have an account. Does anyone know how to completely remove it from the pc, I tried custom uninstall and through add or remove programs :( to my reccolection I have never signed up to it. :(

This is pure speculation but I'd imagine that if you did ever sign up, they would have logged your IP address so it won't matter if you wipe it and then reinstall it.
