Ebay seller won't respond

I won an item on ebay for a very reasonable price (slightly lower than the going ebay price), but the seller won't answer any off my emails regarding shipping costs or payment details. Is there anything I can do?
I got barred from ebay before for a similar reason as the seller lodged a non-paying bidder dispute even though I contacted ebay costumer servives and asked them to intervene.

When did you buy the item? Are you using the ebay system for sending messages?

There is not much you can do other than report the seller as a non-selling seller to ebay and give negative feedback if he does not respond.

Exact same here. I won 3 auctions from one seller in the space of 24hrs last Thursday.

In his Ts & Cs, that any questions regarding payment should be asked 48 hours before auction ends. As I was bidding on about 6, i felt an email (via ebay) was pointless, until I knew precisely what I had won, if anything.

I have since sent him 4 mails via ebay, asking for the postage price to Ireland. He has a price listed, but normally a reduced arte is given for multiple purchases. Im getting quite annoyed now, as I want to pay, and recieve the DVDs. I had given the benefit of the doubt, that maybe he wasn't online, but I looked at feedback he left and he was online 30 minutes ago. I sent my last mail an hour ago.

I have got his postal address of ebay, no contact no. though. He lives in Germany so I might send him a letter by snail mail just to see if he'll reply.
