    Canal+ Netherlands subscription channels.
    You need a viewing card.

This is a PPV channel on the Canal+ Netherlands package. This is their first weekend offering a comprehensive premiership package. It actually looks very impressive. This weekend the certainly beat art's coverage. Here's what they are showing this weekend. All LIVE btw. English commentary is as yet unknown.

    Sat 3.00

Birmingham v Arsenal Sport 1 NL (Opt 2)

Bolton v Wigan Athletic Sport 1 NL (Opt 3)

Everton v Manchester City Sport 1 NL (Opt 4)

Middlesbrough v Aston Villa Sport 1 NL (Opt 5)

Newcastle Utd v Portsmouth Sport 1 NL (Opt 6)

West Brom v Blackburn Sport 1 NL (Opt 7)

West Ham v Sunderland Sport 1 NL (Opt 8)

    Sat 5.15

Man Utd v Fulham Sport 1 NL

    Sunday 1.30

Tottenham v Charlton Sport 1 NL

    Sunday 4.00

Chelsea v Liverpool Sport 1 NL

And as Pal has already stated an official viewing card is required and you may even need an official receiver. Would imagine that it will be quite expensive though.

You reeally just need a Dutch Social Security number to buy a card legitmately. No problem if you call into any local TV shop there.

Unfortunately, these 'options' (opt 1 till 8) you mention, are not available via satellite. You need a digital cable subscription to receive those.

So you can only receive Sport1 itself, not it's 8 extra channels.

You don't need an official receiver.

Thanks for letting us know that. So it looks like ART is still the best available to us at the moment.
