Digibox Problem

Folks, I bought a second hand digibox on Ebay (Amstrad) When I put a valid card in (a card that works in another Digibox), I get the following message: "There is a problem with your viewing card. Ensure your Sky viewing card is correctly inserted. Call your broadcaster for assistance" Any ideas, Thanks, Don

Maybe switch at back of card slot is worn out...

BUT try a SW update:

Unplug from mains
hold BACKUP (on box, NOT remote) while you plug it in
KEEP holding backup till all four lights light up.

Wait till it goes back to standby.

This may fix it.
