I know there are genbukan and bujinkan dojos in dublin city but I'm not too sure about jinenkan

This looks very interesting..... would it be a particularly unwise idea to study both Bujinkan and Tae Kwon Do at the same time? I've only had two Tae Kwon Do lessons, but would like to learn as much at the same time as possible...

While I think that cross training is the mutts nuts! Maybe you should stick at one art for maybe a year or so to get some idea of what suits you??

You could always have a go at whatever you want for one of two sessions to see what suits you??

Ask yourself why you want to do TKD and Bunjinkan??

Then you will know which one you may enjoy training in full time.

    Thanks :)

It's purely a fitness/social thing. I've no interest in self defence per se, but I just find it all rather alluring...

Agree with Paul there. Unless you're going to mix the different arts together for competition (as in an MMA fighter training Muay Thai, Wrestling and BJJ) I think it would be unwise to train in the two.

Instead focus on your TKD. Pour everything into it. Work on your cardio. Compete a little and see how it goes. Get a base in TKD then consider whether you want to start cross training.
