    The notorious (around here) BT billing system picked up a substantial amount of complaints too.

    Also keep at the www.odca.ie as well seeing as Comreg have basically evaporated off the planet in regulatory terms . The culprit for this lack of regulation is david.gunning@comreg.ie by the way :p

    Jesus, where did that register come from. Be nice if they informed us about it. Hopefully the consumer affairs ads on TV may expand on it... sometime.

    Now that the CAI gave gotten interested in various issues that have been highlighted here perhaps it might be useful to have a sticky with the various links in this thread so far summarised there - particularly including the link to the CAI this might ensure that the issue is kept high in their priorities?

    Incidentally I wonder are ENN aware of the substantial threads on here on IBB and EsatBT?
