PPP Freeroll??

I remember Careca (i think) mentioning a while back that there was a good freeroll on ppp for 30,000 player points. I remember thinking at the time id play it but i dont think ive seen this yet? when does it normally get played? Pitboss maybe you can help me Thanks Shay
