Anyone got any idea how to verify a paypal account? Ive been using this on ebay for 18 months. Now Its says I can only send another $97.63, as my account is unverifeid.

Firstly, what does this mean, secondly how is it sorted out?

    Cheers.

There should be an option to verify in your account options. Basically you give your CC number and they charge it a small amount, and a 4 digit pin number's put on your statement. You go back and enter the pin number and you're verified.

Does the fact that my bank is not in the uk or the US make a differnce? This thing seems like a pain in the hole.

I vaguely remeber this when i started using it, I didn't become verified until i had made/received a certain number of payments......

Just looking, you don't need a bank acct registered to become verified as far as I can see. Try going to My Account -> Withdraw -> Transfer to bank account -> Add account -> Select country (Ireland) -> Enter sort code without dashes eg 900017

Just having a looksee myself - you'll have to open an account on http://www.paypal.ie/ and make sure the address is Irish.
When moving from country to country, you will need to close your existing account and open a new account in the country where you will be residing.

For example, if you move from the U.S. to Canada, you will need to close your U.S. account and open a Canadian account. If you move from Canada to the U.S., you will need to close your Canadian account and open a U.S. account.

EDIT: Sorted. Just registered a new account.

    Chhers for your patience WEXCAN.

No probs, you can close your old acct on the profile page - you can't have the same card on 2 accts as well btw.
