I notice any web access from my PC is really effecting my VOIP calls. I'm with Blueface via NTL 1MB. What can I do to resolve this?

What VoIP device & codec are you using? You may be able to enable some form of QOS (Quality of Service) to prioritise voice traffic depending on what equipment you have. Also changing the codec to a lower bandwidth one might help.

I had this problem and I put in a zoom VOIP router/gateway and it fixed it completely.

I have the Netgear VOIP/router/gateway and its configured for QOS and I've tried different codecs with not much effect. Still trying to resolve it.
