Locks and Shelves

I'm interested in changing the locks so that you don't have to lock the door after yourself each time. Also has anyone had shelves measured and fitted in the two beds, looking for a number of someone reliable and reasonable?

I reckon the front doors are fairly secure, there's 3 bolts.
