One of the guys needs a judo gi for a judo class we're going to next week. Does anyone know an online store in Ireland? Any cheap old gi will do.

    None in ireland, I think

    http://www.judo-store.com/ are decent but french.

You might be better off finding a local supplier.

If you ring up in advance they might be able to bring a spare gi for your mate.

What club are you going to? Some ones sure to have a spare. I have one dats too small for me. It's a size 165 i tink but it's a pretty good one so it'd cost around E150.

Ursuline Judo Club first. Going to try out a few clubs here. What way do the sizes work with judo-gi's?

He's only looking for a cheap gi. Anything will do him.

Well a 165 would fit some one around 60, 170 would fit a 66 ,175 would fit a 73, 180 for 80kg etc. Well i don't ave any cheap ones anyway. You can't really get them new for less than about 70e or 80e. But someones bound to have one in the club.

We get judo suits for Aikido from a guy up here called Alan Martin... adult sized starter suit costs about €42, if your friend is a big guy it will cost a few euro more.

If you gave him a call he might post you down one... If you think it's worth a try, pm me and I'll give you his mobile number
