i note from here that the Dublin date in the phoenix park has been pulled, or at least isn't listed... I also saw a few weeks ago that MCD and Aiken were slugging something out in the courts over who got to promote the gig, but haven't seen anything recently. Does anybody have further information? Obv did a quick google…

It was in the High Court on Monday, and apparently a decision is due next week.

Small piece in the Times yesterday about it.
