Anyone having problems with paypal today?

Keep geting below error when I try to make a payment.......any ideas?

I got that when trying to send money to a russian website (not ebay related but looks like the same kind of error).. im not sure why. maybe email paypal?

I keep getting emails from the paypal team telling me there is an error in my account, and could I please log into their site to check the details... which is ironic since I don't actually have one... damn phishers... :cool:

That will be Spam, if you put your mouse over the url on the e-mail the website won't be paypal (even if the url you see is paypal.com) if you already click on it probably the website looks exactly the same as Paypal.

I get them about once per week.

It was happening yesterday as well - in the end it worked b going in via my paypal account and clicking on "my auctions" or whatever..
