This is a great bit of Sync Software http://allwaysync.com/index.html I have it and its the biz if you have a laptop too, you can backup to USB external then sync your laptop, this means you have Laptop & PC in sync and a backup copy on your external!

thx voodoo...looks good.

i keep installs for the likes of winzip, avg, anti spyware and service packs on my stick. but newer versions do come out. handy to keep pc hdd and stick upto date and synched.
