    Customer Relationship Management Software

Who here uses it and what software package do you use?

Do you have any opinions on it ?

    You have two options:

Software: eg www.act.com goldmine, or there is a CRM plugin for outlook.

    On Demand: eg www.salesfore.com

Play around and see what you like.

    Hi Brian,
Which one have you used? How did you find it?

I'm currently using ACT and its ok, a bit finnicky but serves the basics well. You'll never beat a notepad and pen though :D

I don't really have a need for a CRM system as I work for myself so its just me.

It depends on what you need, are you in a salesteam, work solo, how many people in the office etc? Give us some info and I can give you some pointers.
