    Hey,
Im in sixth year and im doing my leaving certificate this year. Next year I hope to do a german couse in college. Basically I have dreaming all year of somehow working in Germany this Summer but ive got absolutely no plans because ive no contacts. Ive heard rumours that some Irish travel agencies can set you up with jobs abroad but I don't know any. If anybody could please set me up with any helpful information (sites, telephone numbers etc) I would be so grateful as it would be a dream come true!

Write to Audi in Ingolstadt, they generally have (or at least used to have) plenty of jobs for the summer

maybe you can try it as an exchange student... pic your subject and go to university... i would recommend bavaria... they know how to make party...! :D there are plenty of universitys... it's just, that you get a job much easier as a student... and beside that, you can learn something and find out what you want to do in the future...

    Yeah Bavaria is great.

Why don't you find hostels on the web in an area of Germany you want to work in and enquire about summer jobs? Something like that?

unemployment is high in germany, its not as easy to get well paid jobs there, you may have to do low skill low pay job .

Low skill jobs in Germany pay pretty well for a student job, the unions are very strong over there.
