    Stumbled across this...

Maxivista. Basically it's multiple monitors across a LAN. The main PC runs server software and the 2nd,3rd,4th PC acting as the additional screens run a client/viewer program.

Very handy program even just for messing around with. AND because it's over LAN, it works with wireless!

    Check it out...worth a look.

its good alright, if you have a couple of redundant PC's acting only as file servers! that, plus its shareware.

X does the same, for free.
    Or VNC for windows.

If all you want is keyboard/mouse/video and cut/paste text then VNC is yer only man www.realvnc.com
you can have a PDA controlling your desktop or have lots of people looking at the same screen or one Screen controlling lots of PC's

not too sure if there is a MAC server and I never got the PDA server to work, apart from that it works on almost any PC.

PS. in xvncviewer for linux etc. use F8 to send Ctrl-Alt-Del

Some time I'll check if they ever got around not being able to send Ctrl-Alt-Del to Windows NT 3.5 with VNC, but it's not something there is much call for these days.
