Anyone see it on Channel 4? I thought it was pretty brutal to say the least, though I cant help think 'what have we become?' when I couldnt turn my gaze away from the tv

He failed miserably. They should have let him hang.

I just caught the last bit... I haven't heard anything about this show -- what's the idea? Joe Bloggs comes in and tries to do something dangerous?

I was watching some of it but I couldn't stand it anymore, the whole thing was just like watchng dead air, the presenter was terrible and it was as if they had 5 minutes of material and were desperately trying to stretch it into an hour. I didn't even see the stunt itself. Can somebody explain what happened exactly? This should probably be in the the television section as well.

He was hurled up in to the air and he couldn't escape. He failed miserably and they let him lose unfortunatly.

I flicked across just as they let the water out. So I saw the "highlights". Shant be watching again.

Beats fear factor though. That is just so artificial.

they really did stretch a 5 minute stunt over the whole program. Wonder how many times they repeated themselves ?

Even after I read this full post I thought you were talking about the Charles Bronson movie "Death Wish". Only realised after I read some of the replies.....:D

I've been to two awful funerals just this week from young women leaving a family behind from cancer. If that weird jackass reject wants to hang himself, they should have left him up there.
